1. Data we collect
Google sign-in provides your name, email address and profile image. We store resume text and source details, role and interview settings, transcripts, reports and support requests you choose to send us. For purchases we store order ID, amount, currency, payment status, credit use and refund status; Waffo Pancake handles card data. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Uploaded PDF, DOCX and TXT files are parsed by the application. We do not retain the original file. We save extracted text and source details such as filename, file size, page count when available and a file fingerprint. Removing a file from a draft does not delete an earlier import record.
Cloudflare and our service providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request metadata and connection data. For the free trial, your browser computes a fingerprint locally; our server stores keyed hashes of the fingerprint and account identifiers, not the raw fingerprint components.
2. Why we use it
We use account and practice data to provide the features you request and maintain your purchase entitlements; technical data to keep the service secure; and transaction records to resolve payment issues and meet legal duties. Optional audio recording and question-library improvement each require a separate choice. We do not sell personal information or run behavioral advertising.
Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our service agreement for account and practice features, legitimate interests in preventing abuse and securing the service, legal obligations for required transaction records, and your choice for optional recording and question-library improvement. You can withdraw an optional choice for future sessions in the preparation form.
3. Cookies and trial eligibility
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the trial from repeat claims. The signed trial browser cookie lasts one year. Your browser may also store a temporary preparation draft within the current tab. You can remove cookies in your browser, but doing so may sign you out and does not reset a consumed free trial.
We use Google Analytics 4 by default to understand site visits and usage. Google may receive page addresses, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information, and set analytics cookies such as _ga. Page addresses can include path IDs or query parameters. We do not send resume text, interview answers or full card numbers as custom analytics events. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.
4. Providers and transfers
Cloudflare hosts application data and private recordings, and Cloudflare Workers AI processes text for content safety checks. Google handles sign-in and site analytics. APIMart processes text sent for requested AI analysis; LiveKit carries live audio, Deepgram transcribes speech, and ElevenLabs generates speech. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment. These providers may process data outside your country. We share data needed for the feature you request and disclose information when law requires it.
5. Retention and security
Optional recordings are deleted from private Cloudflare R2 storage after 30 days by a scheduled cleanup job. Preparation drafts clear when a session is created or the tab is closed. The trial cookie lasts one year. Consumed trial eligibility hashes are retained to prevent repeated claims. Account practice records and transaction history do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline; you may request review and deletion, subject to legal or fraud-prevention retention needs.
The site uses HTTPS. Application data sits behind authenticated access, and saved recordings are in a private bucket. No online service is risk-free; we will investigate a suspected data incident and notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review or edit extracted resume text before analysis, choose whether to record audio, and choose separately whether to contribute de-identified candidate questions. You can delete an ended interview. For access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion requests, contact the privacy address above. We will review the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Age, changes and contact
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users. We will post a new effective date and give advance notice of material policy changes through the website or your account email.
